Rico Mexican - Spanish Fort

Used to be of decent quality prior to name/ownership change. Quality has dropped off significantly plus customer service has suffered. Do not recommend… more authentic Mexican restaurants to eat at.

The food was horrible! The waiter wasn't very nice. The service was all around horrible. Paid $85 and left the food on the table. Kids wouldn't even eat.

Dining room was virtually empty in the middle of lunch which should have been a warning. Chips were greasy and stuck together and salsa was mild and flavorless. Items on vegetarian menu included refried beans but it was not mentioned anywhere that they were made with animal fat. Manager was extremely rude and dismissive. Found hairs in my meal that I had just started and decided it would be safer and much more pleasant to eat elsewhere, which we did.

Food was great and so was the service. Emma was super friendly and checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We were in and out in I dwr and hour. Great job guys!!!!

This has to be the whitest Mexican restaurant I have ever ate at , service was amazing but the food had to come straight out of a can ,I mean everything from the sauce to the beans and rice , I am from southern CaliforniaI know and love Mexican food,this wasn't itI honestly don't believe I've ever had such flavorless beans and rice beforeSpice it up people,geesh
