Bidrage med feedbackI ordered three sandwiches online and it said it would be ready in ten minutes. drove in the load to get it, and they are not even open. it took a few days to keep from them, and they offered to make my sandwiches then. No, I wanted my money to be reimbursed. Well, it's almost two weeks ago and I have to see a refund. terrible terrible business. read the other comments, I see it happens all the time! update. no refund and can't get it on the phone.
I was allowed to place an order at this location despite it being closed because they were “out of bread.” So I got charged the money without receiving any food. Edit: I wanted to get my money back, but it’s been 2 weeks and no response through email, I’ve tried calling them and did not get an answer. Don’t go here.
Was given spoiled spinach and when I politely pointed it out to the staff they just told me to throw it away and gave me attitude. No offer to refund, remake the sandwich, cookie, etc. Just throw it away. One of the guys on the line said That's what we have. I've been eating it for 2 days and I'm fine
I ordered food online,I paid for it and it said it would be ready in 10 min.I got to the store to pick it up and was told they had nothing to make my sandwiches with and when I asked for a refund I got told that the employees were not allowed to give refunds and of course there was nobody there that could give a refund.This has happened to me several times in the past year,there's always a note on the door with a list of stuff there out of or a note on the register saying no cash.Very poorly ran establishment.
The service was quick, and the sandwich was delicious. I really enjoyed the 6-inch chicken bacon ranch. However, I had a bit more trouble checking out as the location got busier.
