The Claremont - SOUTHWEST HARBOR

This is a fantastic place to visit. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is beautiful, the decor is modern, the food is delicious, and the staff is excellent and polite. We are excited to come back again.

During our recent trip to Maine, we stayed at the Claremont for two nights. The front desk staff warmly greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the facilities before showing us to our room. They even offered to help us with our luggage. The hotel and grounds are simply stunning, with beautiful views and fantastic amenities. The pool was a highlight and Harry’s Bar and Little Fern were both excellent places to relax. If you're looking for a stay near Acadia and Bar Harbor that isn't overly touristy, this is the perfect place. I can't praise this special place enough.
