Pei Wei Asian Diner - Southlake

The service at this Pei Wei is very impressive! I was dining in, when they accidentally gave my order to someone else and I had to wait 30 minutes to get my lunch. They realized their mistake and promptly did everything to make it right. They refunded my money, gave my meal to me for free, and even gave me an extra meal to go! I was super impressed with their excellent customer service. This is how you treat people right. Top notch service!

My husband I both really like Pei Wei...he loves the chicken pad Thai I love the Mongolian beef!! Pork egg rolls w the red chili sauce are a must for us too! The staff at the Southlake location are super friendly! The cooks always willingly aim to please are great multi-taskers. Impressive to watch them cook while waiting for a to-go order. Looking forward to our next Pei Wei dinner!!

I just dropped in to take dinner home, and I order one thing at your restaurant, honey seared shrimp, and you were completely out of shrimp. That's very disappointing.

Came in for a late lunch on Wednesday afternoon. Looks like they were just catching their breath from a busy lunch rush. It was just me and I am not in a rush. I ordered my meal, got a drink and sat down to start perusing the news and general style of the world. Meal arrived, (new firecracker chicken with rice-delicious) Carlos asked if I needed anything, and that was that. A few moments later, Carlos came back to the table to apologize for the wait on the food. I had not noticed it took longer than it should have (by their standards, not mine). The attention to detail is obvious and the nexus to customer service from the management is fantastic. Great experience.

Great good and tastes like it was just cooked and not frozen and left over. They have military discount so that's amazing. They offer calliflower rice as well. The veggies are fresh and crunchy and staff was very nice.
