I Fratelli Pizza Southlake

I wouldn?t recommend this place at all. Ordered a large 3 topping pizza for $25 so we expected it to be ridiculously good. Toppings were bacon, pepperoni, and jalapeños. The pizza was too salty to eat and the crust was burnt on the edges and slimyunderneath the cheese, like frozen dough. Pizza was seriously inedible. Really disappointed that I spent money to throw food inthe trash.

All around quality, great sauce and love the thin crust!

I raved to my coworkers so we decided to order a few pizzas with 4 salads. Pizza was great but the salad was a joke. They literally threw the head of the lettuce in all the salads with 4 croutons each. That was worth $0.75 not $4.50. Salads arenot made fresh daily and just sitting in the fridge when you enter the front door.

I love this place. The food always fresh and delicious however, I do suggest they use wax paper when they bake/heat breadsticks to avoid black burnt build up from wired tray sticking on the bread. No one wants a crunchy burnt taste with sand look likethings when eating soft bread.
