Plan B Burger - SOUTHINGTON

I had the cheese and bacon burger. Too light on the cheese, unable to taste it at all. I asked for the mixed greens on the side. Super small salad. So small when I left I was still hungry. First time I ever paid $20 for a hamburger. Buy a pound of quality beef and grill at home for a much better meal.

Not good. 1st time there. I don't think there will be a 2nd. The waiter seemed like he hated his job. A large salad and all they bring you is a thimble size dressing. Literally 1/2 the size of a shot glass. They can't make a gin and tonic... really. A large soda glass with a shot of gin and the rest tonic??? They should know that if you order a bottled beer, you bring a glass too. It isn't a tailgate party. PS the music was way too loud. Good thing I'm old and can't hear as well as I used to.

In the beginning, this Plan B was very good. Food quality and service used to be excellent. We were very disappointed this time. At prime time dinner hour there were only a few tables. Our server and others did not seem to be happy to be working. The food quality was the biggest disappointment. Two different crispy chicken sandwiches were very dry, though not overcooked. Something you see from old freezer burnt chicken. A mixed drink with soda water was flat. I hope this is not a trend, and the usual signs of restaurants fading away.

Went early, but it was quiet and the food was delicious. The hamburger salad was flavorful and filling. The bacon cheeseburger was delicious as well.

Recent visit on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely not busy. Food was good but never saw our waitress again after food arrived. Awkwardly waiting around for another drink but ended up paying at the bar and leaving.
