Bidrage med feedbackI go daily to Tim Hortons in my area (Southgate Taylor locations) I purchase 2 large ice Capps that 's $10 for 2 drinks aloneThis morning at around 6 amI pull up to the window I was greeted politely butI start giving my order of2 large ice caps, I only want a quarter of the normal amount of creamer you normally put in a large ice cap because I like them very very dark.As I was trying to explain my order, she completely cut me off in mid sentence said I got it, pull up!!I pull to the window see one of the caps became upset because although it was darker than normal it 's not what I was trying to explain how I wanted my Caps (the darker is more flavorful to my husband I)The young man at the window was very polite as the majority of the staff here are outstanding, the female who took my order made my Capps said to me why are you yelling, I said because firstly you were rude cut me off when I was trying to explain I only want a quarter amount of creamer than you normally use to please mix it very well so now you 've wasted 2 ice caps our time because that 's not what I was trying to order before you rudely cut me off!She made a smug face walked off so I asked the young man where is the manager please? He said, she is the manager I was like what?!!! You have to be kidding I drove off!The reason I am writing today is in hopes higher management will read this understand her performance this was not the first incident with her, as my husband said she 's been rude to him as well.I do again need to say, all the other employees we have dealt with are ALWAYS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS!A dark ice cap is ALWAYS a problem orderingI normally have to go inside show them a pic of how dark I want it.My husband I have been hooked on these for over a year now but decided here today we are breaking this habit because for $10 a day on drinks n it being a pain to get employees to get them dark this last experience with this rude manager ended our daily trips to Timmys.You 've lost a daily dedicated Tim Hortons 2 large ice cap customer spending 70$ a wk on caps aloneDark haired white female manager3/14/2024 approximately 630am
Everytime I come to this location they never have anything, 10a hashbrowns nope, donut nope... so much butter on the begal the was barely toasted I had to scrape it off and even then there was still alot. Just seems like the staff doesn't care at all to actually take pride in their job. I get it customers can suck, food service can suck, if its not your cup of tea do something else.
I ordered a bagel with butter. There was so much butter I couldn't eat it. Butter is not the same as cream cheese. There does not need to be a thick layer of butter so thick I can't eat it.
If I can rate a negative score, that’s what it would be!! Horrible customer service and it’s typically the younger generation I don’t know what the hell their problems are but they don’t know the work ethic nor do they have any good customer service or manners I think they need to realize that you’re dealing with people all day you need to acknowledge and or smile say you’re welcome. Apologize for something that you made a mistake… Today was horrible my son and I ordered two drinks just two drinks and they couldn’t get it right they didn’t apologize. They made us wait for a while when we got the drink back they didn’t say have a good day. Nothing then I call to speak with the manager and funny. Ironic thing is, is that no one‘s answering I called 2 to 3 different times. This place is ridiculous. I had poor customer service here in the past and I haven’t been here in a while and I was in the area so I figured I’d get a coffee and this is what happens so I’m done coming here and I recommend anybody else to go to a different Tim Hortons and actually the best one is the one on Ecorse Road in Taylor!!!
