Bidrage med feedbackI try placing a breakfast order on the mobile app every other Friday for the past few weeks. Everything goes to plan until I get to the drive through window, The computers are down . I have received this message from the speaker for the past 5 visits. I 'm beginning to assume they don 't serve food anymore. I have tried calling to get a refund, but am told that they cant refund me because the computers are down, that I would need to come back to the restaurant to get a refund. Very Frustrating.
They had a Shamrock shake for a change. Was good. The fries were cold and the burger ok. Took the order home and ate
Ok this place has always been not so great, drive thru workers 9/10 have the worst attitudes, managers are nice but the communication is terrible even not busy!! So I went on a not busy morning, it was 6:10am, as soon as you pull up, the drive thru lady mumbles what do you want. Did my order pulled up, two cars waiting in spot one and 2, I order a simple single meal and i pay and she give me my drink and tells me there will be a wait move to mobile lane 3, ok so I do, I see waiting cars leave and got there stuff and four more cars pass with their food and almost 10min now so I went in, come to find out she didn't tell the runner about my order, that I was waiting in that spot she told me to go. So I did get my food but of course I ask for my receipt because this place hates to give it to you, two min later I get it and of course it's not even my receipt! Not my order, not my card! I was over it and will tell everyone with eyes and ears to stay away from this unorganized place!!!
This place was gross. Garbage overflowing, sticky tables, soiled underwear in mens bathroom floor, the doors in the ladies room don't close and there was no TP. Man in the lobby playing lottery apps at full volume, and the food was average, but sauce appeared to be applied from across the room.
Everytime I go there the food always comes out fresh, especially the fries!!
