Slowest dang service ever. Three of them either standing around or moving super slow. This is not good service.

Horrible food! My wife puked immediately after the soup she had bought from this place! Stay away

Worst experience I’ve had so far at this chain. The two ladies working the counter are beyond disgusting, eating food while taking orders… extremely unsanitary poor customer service

I 've always been a fan of this spot—great food, great service. That is, until we had the audacity to walk in 45 minutes before closing (4/17/24)! My wife tripped over a vacuum cord, and the staff looked horrified as we dared to dine in. We just wiped all the tables, they protested. The lead, with a stern look, announced, We lock the doors at Eight! leaving us to wonder if we 'd be dining in or locked in.Ordering was a comedy of errors. They 'd already packed away the ingredients for my wife 's sandwich, and the mac cheese was a no-show. She settled for a salad—sans dressing. When we asked for some, it seemed like we 'd asked for their firstborn. I got my extra dressing, eventually, after a couple of reminders.Despite the chaos, I 'll return as this was the only bad experience out of many good ones. Possibly not around closing time.

Very ruled, wouldn’t allow me to taste any soups due to no test cup, I ask if she could use a spoon she told me no! So I order 8oz chili and 8oz lobster bisque because if I don’t like the Like the chili I have the lobster bisque, well it was the last of it and she said let me see is there any more, and it was more I ask for the fresh and she told IHer no use what left 1st. No why I can’t have the fresh just ruled
