Wendy's - Southfield

What a great experience. Delicious breakfast but more importantly, great service. Super friendly staff and took pride in their craft. I hope management and owners know what great people they have.

Very helpful and friendly service. Quick drive -thru. Ordered, paid, received food and on my way. Had a little problem finding it. I past it up at first. Small drive way. The Tim Horton's next to it is closed down. They shared the building at one time. Food is good and tasty. Love the chili (I pick the beans out).

Verry slow, but they are short workers like most places. can say that they never mess my order

It happened twice! after ordering 2 sandwiches and a large order of fries that I paid, but the fries were not in the pocket. I wanted to be there today and ask if I could get a free job once, but they said they couldn't do that! and they didn't tell them to be sniffed, but they gave it up anyway. eat good, service terrible must find another place! oh, I forgot, the big crinkle fries looked good on the container, but the lower half was all burned and with some other mixed things cold not eating at all! I'm senior and run my own business so I don't mind.

First, who leads this place is not too bright.1 Why do the shippers have to wait for 30 minutes only to get someone else the order?2. why is the inner everything locked? become a brain that I will cancel every journey from this place right away. I live stupid.
