Starbucks - Southfield

This is a really great Starbucks! It's not surprising that their Google rating is quite high compared to other locations. One of our drinks was custom/ off menu and it came out perfectly. The young woman who was working the window was also super friendly. We try to remember to tip on the app, but sometimes forget. We definitely remembered today. Excellent experience!

Absolutely great and fast service. Can't drink milk so they created something very nice for me out of oatmeal without any fuss thank you so much Starbucks.

Simply deplorable experience. As someone who has enjoyed coffee for the entirety of my life this location has completely made me go cold turkey. I can never enjoy coffee the same way again because even the smell of it will remind me of the poor experience I had at this location. Will not be going back to this location or any other because I will be living life unenergized by the joy of coffee. I hope they?re happy.

I absolutely love this location! I started working in the area in September and go almost daily m-f. The morning staff for the most part is really fantastic. Always has my drink made perfectly and greets me by name! Thanks for the best Trenta light ice Cold foam Cold Brew ??

Don't even waste your time or your money at this location. The staff was rude, the wait time was super long which I know is to be expected at a Starbucks but for rude service.. that was unacceptable and they did not feel up my cup ???? I paid for a full cup of Starbucks not whatever you wanted to give me... They're way too many other Starbucks locations to visit that you will probably get better service from. Visit at your own risk
