Chipotle Mexican Grill - Southfield

Sign on the door says closing times are up to 10 o'clock. display says 10 o'clock. goes up at 20:30 o'clock. they have closed. smh. a full staff sitting around. but their not open. I wonder if the owner of the situation knows that they milk the clock and that's on a regular basis. this is the main reason why restaurants close!

This is by far the worst managed chipotle in michigan. the hired sit around and do nothing while a poor woman leads the front counter. that's the third time when they say people that they don't have chips when you can see them sitting there, they just don't want to take the time to fill the bags. when I say politely, but this is the third time that I was not given my chips, the woman filled a pocket while her superior manager with her was not time for it. they weren't short on work, so I'm not sure what's going on. then I sit down to eat and my eating is ice-cold and given chipotles story with making sick the people I am worried about eating. kudos to the girl, the excellent customer service despite her guide under shortcuts.

This was the second time that I put an order online and was told when I went to pick it up, they did not receive my order. that was also after they waited for me. they closed yesterday morning. the door was open and there were no signs so that customers came and stood in the line. just a few minutes later to say that the restaurant no longer took orders. Why are they waiting?

This chipotle is always a catastrophe to order. we order in the rule online and almost every time if something is right with our order. we had missing items, wrong orders and once the load was closed, although the timetable said they were open. it is very frustrating to place an order and then to say that the thing is not available and a refund cannot be issued. 2 stars to give, because when we get our order, eating is great! really disappointed about how this particular location is executed.

I ordered take out posted on the online menu from this local Chipotle Mexican Grill so I cannot speak to what might be ordered directly at the restaurant. The Paleo Salad was served hot with large, tender, ample chicken pieces. Maybe it was the heat, but the romaine was more wilted and unappetizing in appearance. Know too, it is hot pepper spiced, especially if you are sensitive. All in all, it was a hot, healthy filling meal.
