The Roslin Beach - Southend-on-Sea

We have been to the restaurant before, and enjoyed Sunday lunch, we were not disappointed, it was very nice. As you were undergoing renovations it was very busy, and our table was squashed along side other guests, however we understand why this was. We did have to wait longer than usual for our food, but the drinks that were ordered first took 20 minutes to arrive. The other annoyance was trying to get into the building, exits were cut off, no signs for guidance, hence we were out of breath and frustrated when we arrived. Apart from these minor issues we will be looking forward to visiting you , hopefully in the not too distant future, many thanks , Susan Duncan.

Situated next to large table with circa 8 or so who were Extremely loud and a lot of bad language used The waitresses and the manager were aware

Wonderful lunch and fantastic Christmas decorations. Ticked all the boxes

Starting with the negatives: the roast beef which one of us chose was not quite as tender as expected, and we regretted that there was no bitter available only lagers. These were minor criticisms and overall we were very satisfied with the meal (Sunday Lunch), the general ambiance and the attentiveness of the staff. We will certainly go there again.

Great Resturante, good food and service , ambience just right. highly recommended
