Gogoan - Southend-on-Sea

Hi, I typically don't leave reviews, but I feel compelled to after my recent experience at this restaurant. I ordered 2 pizzas last night and explained to the staff member taking my order that the last time I ordered pizza, there wasn't enough cheese on it. I was surprised when she mentioned there would be an additional fee for extra cheese. I was hoping for an apology instead. I tried to explain that I just wanted enough cheese to cover the pizza, as there was not much last time. In the end, I decided to pay the extra charge for the cheese because I didn't want to end up with a half-naked pizza. When I got home, the pizza had enough cheese, but I will probably not be purchasing pizza from this restaurant again.

I ordered pizza last night and told the person taking my order that my last order had very little cheese. They offered to add extra cheese for an additional charge, which I found surprising. I was hoping for an apology and explained that I was only trying to ensure that my pizza had enough cheese this time. In the end, I decided to pay the extra fee to avoid having a practically bare pizza. When I got home, the cheese was adequate, but I don't think I will be ordering from Gogo Pizza in Acton again.
