Panera Bread - Southbury

My first time at this establishment and I must say, “amazing!” The food is fresh. Super clean. Staff is friendly and always keeping busy. Great dining area indoors with a nice patio outdoors. The soufflé was delicious. Smoothie fresh. Must try the Vanilla Cold Brew! The General Manager himself brought out food to us, Greg. Super friendly, very professional. 10/10 kind of place.

Typical Panera. Not terrible. Good hearty food for the expectation. The chocolate croissant I added at the last minute was REALLY good.

My sandwich was so good today, packed until things were falling out, delicious! Mediterranean

There was some cleanliness and cross contamination issue involving allergens. Panera was not willing to address the issue much to my frustration. Other then that the food does taste good and orders are accurate.

After being paged, was told food wasn't ready. 20 minutes later we asked again and we're told they forgot it. Gave us a cookie to compensate. When opening the turkey sandwich, there was no turkey in it.
