Bidrage med feedbackTerrible experience with online ordering Carside pickup. First, our food didn 't even go into the oven until well after it was supposed to be picked up. We 'd already been waiting 20 minutes outside when the tracker updated to say it was baking. Then,when we tried to call the store to see what the issue was, it didn 't even ring. It just went straight to a message about thephone not being able to take calls at that time. The Dominos texting help was also completely useless in a time-sensitivesituation, since it was all done by a bot that just sent me an email with the case number. We finally went inside to see whatthe problem was, and the person behind the counter was completely unfazed and said they hadn 't had time to bring stuff out in awhile. Meanwhile, we 'd seen at least 4 other people get their orders. Despite what the tracker said, there was our order, justsitting on a shelf getting cold. This store clearly needs to stop being so cheap and hire more people for weekends. There 'sclearly a volume issue that the current workers can 't handle, and they aren 't paid enough to deal with people 's frustration. Asa result, things are completely disorganized and it 's become untenable for us. We used to go to this location regularly butwon 't be back.
I called at 1am the website says this location is open until 2am . I waited on the phone for 10 minutes and someone answered the phone and hung up.. I called back and waited an additional 10 minutes and nobody answered the phone. Was really looking forwardto the lava cake but if they don?t want to work they shouldn?t work
Badly, what they have is a mess in the kitchen and the orders never come out as they are, they need new
Answering service for this Domino's is soo bad.. can't get somebody from the restaurant Whoever answering the phones can't even understand them. they lie as well.Was told they had no bread bowls .. lie
I ordered today at 2:16pm it’s now 3:40pm and I still haven’t received my order.. I tried calling 3 times, twice I waited on hold for over five minutes and hung up. Surprisingly the third time I called someone answered mumbled some words and then put the phone down, I waited for 15 minutes listening to the employees speak to each other and swearing in the background while I sat there on the phone with no response whatsoever. Right before the 16 minute mark the call ended. I never was able to speak to anyone in regards to my order. I tried calling customer support which is useless by the way it’s all automated and you can’t speak to anyone. I still proceeded to put in a case about my order because it’s now nearing 4pm and I’ve waited nearly two hours for a pasta dish and 2 cokes.. I’m glad I decided to not tip on the app and I will not be tipping once or if the driver arrives. Will never give my business to this place again.Update: received my order at 4:26. It took two hours and ten minutes to get my order
