Taco Bell - Southaven

The food is not fresh, so I will not be returning. The staff is very impolite, and even if you request fresh chips, they are very stale.

Spent $30 at this taco bell. I paid online. when my friend made it up there, it was 11:30 a.m., which was my pick-up time. the young lady who worked just started screaming “we closed, we closed, we closed” and didn’t let her talk, I was on the phone with her). she asked her if she could ask her a question, then she let her talk. she told her we had an order online and already paid, so what should we do. she told her to stay with the editor until she finished the job. then came back and told her that she did not make the “stuff to make the crunchwrap supremes and replaced them with a regular taco. that was not worth $30 of food I received. I have not received any additional money back and they will not answer the phone. my son told me not to go into this taco bell. I should have listened to him.

This Taco Bell location is the worst I've ever been to. They forgot to give me my guacamole, which I paid extra for, and the taco was soggy.

Great customer service! they made a mistake and the correction made accordingly before I could say something.

Grease soaked through: the stale hard taco shell, chalupa shell, all wrappers, and the bag. It was barely edible and only because I was very hungry.
