The food was good and good portions. Beef ribs were good. Vegetarian options: Vegetables

Stopped at interstate bbq for lunch and ordered food for me and my family, made it home and sat down to eat and the food was awful bread was hard fries were old and the grease needed to be changed as well.. my 16yr old son had pork ribs and he threw his in the trash. I also had a pecan pie, I took one bite of it and threw it in the trash as well!! We were very disappointed with the food we had, we will not be eating interstate ever again!! If you want some good bbq, Go to Big Bill bbq on Elvis Presley, you won’t be disappointed

They did the best they could, but they did not have enough help, which resulted in poor serve. Improvement is needed when it comes to the cleanness of the restaurant.
