Dixie Queen - Southaven

I got a vanilla milkshake. I have not eaten at a Dixie queen in wow over 20 years. They have improved their vanilla milkshake. I'll have to try other items to see if they have improved. Oh, and the staff was really nice.

My first time at a dixie queen and it was everything I heard about it. The wait was long and Customer service was terrible. But the food was good, hot, and everything in my complicated order was correct on the first try. Great late night eat! Them chili cheese fries were on point!

I love this place. Little expensive though. I have one two minutes away but will drive to this one because of customer service and menu availability

I asked for honey hot with my 10pc wing combo fries were Luke warm and it wasn't honey hot , instead of telling they didn't have it they pulled a fast one and tried mixing hot and honey gold that don't equal honey hot by any means

So..the food was good, however the service is not the best. If you can get past how they talk and answer the phone...it 's not horrible. I called my order in and the child answered the phone How can I help you? I had to ask if I dialed the right number. Then when I said I wanted to place an order she asked if I was really coming to get it. Say what now?! Once we got past that we were good. Order was correct and I enjoyed my meal.
