Domino's Pizza - Southampton

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and was told it would take 30 minutes. After waiting for an hour, I called to inquire about my order and was informed that it was about to arrive. Another 45 minutes passed and when I called again to say that we still hadn't received our order, I was told that the delivery person had come to our house but no one answered the door. We insisted that we were home with the lights on and no one had come by. They then said they would be at our door in 15 minutes. Sorry Domino's, waiting 2 hours for a pizza delivery is completely unacceptable. As frequent pizza consumers, we will now consider ordering from the various other pizza establishments in the area.

We ordered 2 large pizzas for £18.99. The portions were generous and the pizzas were delicious. We ordered through the app and picked them up within 2 minutes of arriving. It was a perfect experience.

We decided to order from Domino's over the phone since the online payment option was not working. It took an hour to receive a text notification that our pizza had left the store, and then an additional half hour to actually receive it. By the time we got our pizza, it was quite cold. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit. However, the delivery driver was very apologetic.

Basically, I ordered the pizza, I live in Shirley, and they said wait 15 minutes, the phone call was easy, but when they got here (45 mins later), not only was it late, it was also not what I ordered, sorry, really bad, worst dominos I’ve ever got, undercooked as well, terrible...

You know what you are going to get and will not be disappointed! They do the Deliver thing but its worth going along to collect in person just to see the amazing number of people working incredibly hard and intensely to get you your pizza.
