Marios - South Tyneside

We have been ordering for years by marios and enjoying eating, but for the delivery is just tearing people out. we are now one of many who are no longer ordering from here because of exorbitant fees (other, if they order online...service fee the last two orders were also wrong.

Nice eating, but now profiteering on the back of the kovid. all sudden prices and delivery go up and then on the service fee!

Sadly crashed tonight, ordered on the line and expected a waiting period that gave the circumstances. when eating a part of the order had disappeared, a garlic bread and a bottle of koks. I arranged the load and came through and was advised that he would check, but. I was cut off my next four calls. then I came back and the young man was very apologetic and said he would send them out. I understood and said this is in order. Eating was only lukewarm and had fucked into the bag, but I was willing to overlook this, as this is unusual for marios that are usually so good. my family started her food before it got colder and I waited patiently for my garlic bread. when the driver arrived, he had the kosk, but still no garlic bread, whose answer was not given at this point, I give up. sadly go down and get into bed without the food I wanted, after a really long and hard layer in the sick house today. a very tired and dissapointed nhs worker

I was craving pizza, so I ordered a "Four Seasons" pizza from this restaurant. I took it home and it was delicious. I will definitely be returning soon.

This is a takeaway NOT a restaurant. I used to come to Mario's years ago but I moved across town and have tended to use other takeaways for convenience. However, I was at a friend's last week and we ordered delivery of pizza and she...suggested Mario's. It arrived promptly and the pizza was absolutely lovely, thin base, very tasty and thoroughly enjoyable. They did a half and half one for us to have our fave toppings. A week later I telephoned an order to pick up for myself and my partner. Again, was really nice, not stodgy, thinnish base and in my opinion how pizza should be. My partner commented how good it was and he is really fussy. I am now going to get all my pizza's from Mario's, as have tried others in area and none are anywhere near as good.
