Honestly some of the best staff in the food hall and really helpful bunch especially tom he really helped me find where the potatoes were as i was making a stew for my nephews kids. I then asked him where all the discounted goods were and he told me to come back at 4ish and he will show me where they are. If anything this young lads needs a pay raise as he really goes out his way for customer satisfaction and puts a smile on an old boys face

Downstairs there is a great selection of food and drink, and upstairs the clothes selection is great and they have sizes to suit a wide range of people. Very friendly and kind service.

Dreadful! Every time we've been there we've had to queue for 10mins or more. There are 2 coffee machines, but they only use 1. Staff don't seem to care less. Food is always half an hour wait even when it's not busy. Why does it take so long to heat food up!?

Slowest service by the most disinterested staff I’ve come across before. The coffee is now awful, it used to be half decent a few years ago when I last came here, now it’s a step down from the machines in Wetherspoons, but how is a mystery since they grind the beans in store. I had the eggs royale, which was served with brown lettuce on the side, and the eggs were on the firmer side of what you’d normally expect. The atmosphere felt mostly like it was full of other people who were not impressed with the service either

We have always found the coffee in M&S cafe to be quite good. The last few times we have noticed it to be so strong and bitter that it is virtually undrinkable. The regular size is now the same as the original small, but appears to be the norm for most places. Unfortunately it is Costa coffee when we are in Yeovil next time.
