Seasons 52 - South Sarasota

As usual, food was excellent. Service, not so much. First, server spilled two glasses of water from a tray onto my lap. This was followed by pretty much indifferent service for the rest of meal. We had to finally call him over to place our order. Long wait for food to arrive, and when it was finally delivered the server popped up before anyone had even taken a bite to ask if everything tasted great. Did you not notice that no one had actually put a bite of anything into their mouths yet? Plates were finally cleared by another employee about ten minutes after all finished eating. No sign of server after another ten minutes. We finally gave up on our plans to have desert and asked a hostess in the room to have our server bring our check. Even with that we had another lengthy delay before our bill was brought to the table. All in all a disappointment, especially given the high level of good service we usually receive at this S52.

Everything about our dinner date this evening was excellent...from the Hostess to our Server to the outstanding meal. We have never been disappointed...you are indeed our favorite restaurant...quality, value, and excellence in every way!

We had an outstanding dinner last night! Ken was our server and did a great job. Manager Erin helped us with a take-out dish. I had the beet salad, Butter Fish and Sweet Potato Skillet. My husband had the mushroom flatbread. We truly enjoyed every bite!

Our server, Pablo was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful to us. He was also very pleasant and did a great job. The food was delicious. I had the tuna Crunch salad. My husband had the pork chop and he said it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend coming here.

The room was too cold. Soup and main meal (scallops) came out at same time. Basil on flatbread did not look fresh Macaroni and cheese skillet was the best part of the meal Waitress wanted to clean off plates before everyone had finished eating
