Ombu Hot Pot - South Salt Lake

There are lots of really great vegan options, and our server Yu was PHENOMENAL!! The only downside is that I felt it was quite pricey considering that I don't eat meat and pay the same price as meat eaters.

We had excellent service for dinner. The food was amazing, the portions were huge, we felt very well taken care of. One of the waitresses gave our daughter and son a balloon and a hair clip. They also were very efficient and gave our daughter good sized portions. We will totally be eating here again!

Don't know why the rating isn't higher. For the buffet price, you got to order meats and fill yourself up beyond satisfaction. Added bonus is the grass jelly which I have never seen at a buffet place before.

Food amazing varied. Service very attentive. We are first timers to this experience, the manager waiter took great care of us, explaining everything making sure we were happy comfortable. Would definitely return.Saturday night 8:00 4

For all you can eat hot pot they do offer good selections but this visit the service is a big factor, our waitress never came back to check on us. Ordered multiple times from the tablets nothing never arrived, have to get up to go ask lady at front desk for more water, broth and the check.
