Gusto Italia - South Ribble

This is the second time in a month I have tried Gusto and I have to say the food was amazing, I had Delivery both times and the Food was as ordered and still very hot, this is definitely one to try, will be ordering again when my Daughter is back from uni in Feb and I can’t wait.

We had been wanting to try this place for a while, so I ordered some takeaway pizzas. I have to say we were very disappointed with them. My wife specifically asked for very little cheese, which they wrote down on the order. When we began eating them, her pizza was absolutely full of cheese, the cheap cheese rather than mozzarella. She pulled most of the cheese off, unfortunately taking most of the topping off in the process, but gave up and threw it away. Mine was no much better, too much cheese which, as it cooled, congealed into a rubbery slab. Would we return? No. We can make much better at home.

Had delivery. Food was cold and order was wrong. Gone down hill. I don’t think I’ll be back, need a new Italian.

I had been eagerly anticipating my large Picante pizza all evening. I placed my order, picked it up, and rushed home with excitement, only to discover that I had been given a Hawaiian pizza with salami instead. I was very disappointed.

This restaurant review is quite negative. The food was described as tasteless and shocking, with a lack of customer service and mistakes in the order. The reviewer recommended going to other restaurants like Med Tapas or Sagar instead.
