Omg I was in Maine on a travel contract and wanted Jamaican food, I googled and it lead me here. Hands down to the best curry goat , it reminded me of my mommy Sunday cooking.

Great portions! I had curry goat, rice and peas with plantains. All delicious. Plantains were like candy. She had jerk chicken with rice and vegetables. Tender, juicy, amazing. Festival pieces were so good. We had two meals each from our orders. ??????????

The food I ordered was cold and full of bone fragments. The rice was hours old and stale. I expected more flavor but everything seemed very bland. I like to give restaurants a second chance if it is not good, but I don't think I'll ever go back. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could.

I ordered a small oxtail plate for take out. It was banging, and the right amount of spices. I was in and out real quick, the food was hot and juicy. I enjoyed my meal.

My family loves Caribbean Taste! We have eaten here multiple times, both take out and eat in and even a large order to feed a group. Our food has always been fresh the jerk chicken is spiced nicely and cooked perfectly. It has a little kick to it and the adults love it, but a quick rinse and the toddlers love it too. Also, A+ for the plantains. I crave them all the time. The atmosphere is no frills, but take a minute to talk to the family and you’ll be right at home. My kids love it because there is lots to room to run around while we wait for the food to come out.Kid friendliness: Kids can be kids here.
