Pioneer Tavern - South Penrith (NSW)

To be honest it was a little disappointing, food was below par with cramped seating, hopefully next time is better, worth another try I would say

A busy Friday lunchtime but the kitchen and other staff appeared to cope well. There was a reserved table for us in a pleasant part of the venue. Service was efficient and courteous. Lunchtime Specials are well priced, presented well and tasty. Recommended.

Ventured to The Pioneer Tavern to meet family for lunch. It's a great place for families who use walking aids as the ease to access the venue was wonderful. Tables are not close together and it works well. Started to get busy around 1230 pm for lunch but the meals came quickly, presented well and were of a generous size. I would highly recommend The Pioneer as a family friendly place to dine.

The Pioneer has the best chicken schnitzels in the west. 3 different sizes, more than 10 topper varieties, it is my go-to for a great meal with friendly fast service ????

Good food for most of our group, but Barramundi was a small portion, Chicken Caesar salad large, steak slightly overcooked. Service personnel were very accommodating.
