Number One Chinese - South Orange

I have been dining at this restaurant since I lived above the store 10 years ago. They serve the best chicken and fries in the area, and the owners are also wonderful people.

The Lo Mein was greasy and the rice was too firm. The shrimp and broccoli were the only dishes that were decent.

Flavor was delicious...quantity lacking...Iced Tea was weak

The chicken pieces were tough, and the oil they were fried in did not seem fresh. The food was not flavorful, and it was served cold. I am disappointed with my experience.

The general TSO was perfectly crispy the sauce has a very very mild kick to it but enough to cut through the sweetness the egg foo young was fried Golden brown and the homemade tea isnt sweet at all but satifying
