Greggs - South Ockendon

Had so many quick and efficient deliveries, from the South Ockendon branch over a long time. For some time now though, the most common feature on their menu (peak times or not) is unavailable. Unavailable and again unavailable. Yet on some occasions if you go for a meal deal, you can get what you want. Even the foundations of Greggs, sausage rolls, you guessed it unavailable. Not sure what's going on, but one regular customer that's bored and time out !

Never any food ready and always long ques, air conditioner has mould growing on it, makes me question how they passed there health and hygiene

Quite disappointed that they still don't wear gloves. Asked for a breakfast roll and the person touched the bread with their bare hands. Disgusting. Honestly I don't know how often you wash your hands but please just put on gloves

Food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Nice atmosphere.

Well its ok for ockendon/greggs and there very friendly but sumtimes u go in there get hot bakes then the next there cold, they dont use gloves wen handling rolls and there mixing money with this too i see them spraying the stanless steel tops while the tongs were there and the hot plates with sausages were open....sumtimes u have to wait a while in morning 10 am as only 1 person there....
