Tim Hortons - SOUTH LANCASTER

It was a stop on a road trip but the staff were very friendly and nice .

Lady was very thorough let us back our order it was made quick we did not eat any food which is ordered coffee the restaurant's clean Services friendly fast what you would expect from it Tim

The only reason for a 5 on service is because my daughters work here and they do their best. As for most of the other staff, all you can hear are crickets while the line gets longer and longer. Do places not want to have at least one genuine adult in charge?

My recent visit to this Tim Hortons was a major letdown. I ordered a roast beef cheddar sandwich, but what I got was burnt bread that made the meal inedible. They completely botched my meal.

I was 4 hours away and realized I didn't have my wallet. I called but nobody would go and look outside where I was sitting to see if my wallet was there.
