The Windermere Ice Cream Co

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience when I had to ask the staff to turn around to serve me. The four people in front of me gave up, but I was not as subtle as them. I had to inquire if they were still open. Thankfully, the ice cream was delicious, but the service was lacking.

The ice cream selection at this restaurant is nice with a variety of flavors, but unfortunately, all of the rare flavors we wanted to try were unavailable.

Every time I visit Windermere, I make sure to stop by this restaurant. Today was no exception. The flavors are incredible and there is a wide variety to choose from! I couldn't wait to try one of the new flavors, and the staff kindly let me taste it on a spoon. After deciding on our flavors, we each got a double scoop, but we soon realized we were being a bit greedy and one scoop would have been plenty! The ice cream, as always, was absolutely delicious. It can get quite crowded though, so be prepared for lines.

The best ice cream we have tasted. The flavours we chose were pistachio, black cherry, tirimasu, banana toffee, sticky toffee, cookies and cream and none of them disappointed. Need to give out more napkins with the ice cream as they melted fast.

Not worth it. The ice cream parlour looks untidy, not well cleaned, and the ice cream flavours… well, are just missing: only sugar, ice and colouring. I’m sure kids are attracted to it: very bright colours on display. Not for us. We left disappointed. We ended up buying a tub at Tesco nearby, much better.
