Sadly, we have had take out from Kabuki many times. It was an easy, tasty, takeout choice when we 'd have unexpected guests or time restraints. We had a very bad experience with our take last night. One dish out of seven was good. Porkloin dumplings were over cooked and very greasy, rice was old. But, going straight to the main complaint and problem was the Teriyaki Salmon, was totally WRONG. The Salmon was burnt,burnt burnt and so dried it was like pencil shavings. Worst part is when I called to tell them about the Salmon. I was told it needed to be crispy and cooked all the way through...i explained how black ,burnt, flattened and dry it was and said next time i will be sure to order the Salmon medium or even medium rare for take out. They actually said fish needs to be cooked all the way through or it will be bad for you and make you sick! I told them that was a bad response for a restaurant that serves sushi and sashimi. They had to have had the Salmon cooked (burnt)before the order was placed it was horrible and their response was horrible also. Bye-bye
