McDonald's - SOUTH KALGOORLIE

On a maccas to get 2 thick shakes, wait the young girl on her phone 5 minutes and went out, went to the other maccas waited 10 minutes paid for 2 thick shakes just to find out the machine was broken down, two...weeks later still broken, young man in a black cat could not even be apologised, will never go back ever.

Both McDonald's locations in the city are in need of customer service training. The staff at both locations lacked basic human skills. We ordered 3 ham and cheese toasties and waited 10 minutes, only to be told that they don't serve toasties. It was frustrating to have our order taken only to be told they couldn't fulfill it. We ended up changing our order to nuggets, but had to wait another 10 minutes in line for it. The coworkers were yelling and chaotic, making the experience feel like a circus. The next day, we tried the other location for breakfast pancakes. Our order was taken accurately, but when our food was served, it was thrown on the table by an arrogant girl who demanded payment immediately. This disrespectful behavior was unacceptable. Overall, we would not recommend either of these McDonald's locations.

I waited as a single customer at the cash desk for about 5 minutes, when the personal drive through the orderings. a junior staff gave me 3-3 times and didn't serve me. the manager who went through command saw me, but did not get my order. I left. very upset that I was ignored

I spent around $40 at this self-service restaurant. Unfortunately, they did not give me a receipt, so if you don't pay, you won't get your proof of purchase. The manager said he would mail my bank statement to me, but I never received it. Overall, I was not impressed with the restaurant and prefer to support local cafes with better kitchen facilities and a more pleasant dining experience.

Multiple occasions McDonald’s have forgotten things from putting egg in sausage and egg McMuffins, to forgetting cheese in simple cheeseburgers. It’s ridiculous how often this happens. Pick up your game. I prefer KFC over every other fast food place in this town as they rarely...get orders wrong.
