Baskin-robbins - South Jordan

We ordered a cake for my daughters birthday a week ahead of time, however when we went to collect it it wasn’t ready. They told me “they made it too early but no one came to collect it” which seems crazy considering they have my contact details, surely they would have called. The employee dropped it at the party, however it had the wrong name on it. They told me “you can just wipe it off with a napkin”. The cake itself was delicious however it did cause a lot of undue stress when we should have been enjoying the party. Quite disappointing and no offer of compensation or reimbursement was offered which I found strange.

The customer service was GREAT! However, the places is actually pretty gross, floors were super horrible, their floor mats were disgustingly dirty, their cash register area broken. Management needs to get it together and fix the places up a bit

The only complain that I have is the workers not wearing gloves.

Ice cream from Baskin Robbins was good and all but I watched the girl named Jayden put her hair in the ice cream at this location in the district. Luckily it wasn 't my ice cream that her hair was in, I mean at least of what I know of. After I watched her scoop the persons ice cream and rang me up, I asked her if she could pull her hair back because her hair was getting in the ice cream she just smiled and said yeah. After going back in to order something else I noticed her hair was still not out of the way. Very disgusting if you ask me.

Always a good place to go for some ice cream. Carsen J. is an excellent employee. He went out of his way to make our visit a great one. Thanks, Carsen!
