My friend and I called in today for tea and tea cakes and I must say the level of service we received today was exemplary. We asked for the waitress’s name (Debbie) as she was so good. Food was very nice too

Very yummy lunch! I had a very tasty prawn and Marie rose open sandwich and they do great smoothies and milkshakes. The cafe is very pretty and there are lots of lovely things to buy. I didn’t give 5 stars as I didn’t see a children’s menu.

The food was awful, I was very disappointed. I ended up in tears and the staff only made things worse by laughing at me and calling me names.

The food at this restaurant was good overall, but I was disappointed by the quality of the sandwiches, which were simply cut in half with the crusts still on. The absence of a pig in blanket, which should have been included, was also a letdown. It was evident that the mince pies and stollen were store-bought. Other establishments in the area offer homemade afternoon tea options, making this experience underwhelming. Additionally, the constant inquiries about whether we wanted a box to take our food home left us feeling rushed. It would have been more transparent if they simply communicated their desire for us to leave after a certain time.

This restaurant is absolutely stunning. The food was incredible, very fresh, and the staff were extremely friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend it.
