Mcdonald's - South Holland

I found a hair in my McFlurry, and it was black. Everyone else in my family has blonde hair, so I was disgusted and almost vomited.

I had an excellent experience at this McDonald's. I visited two weeks ago and rated my food a 10 out of 10, and today's meal was just as delicious. The food was piping hot and tasty, the staff was very nice, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. The sauce station was especially spotless. Great job to the management team. I will be back soon. Thank you!

Placed our order via the touchscreens at the front of the store. Sat down and waited....... and waited....... and...... waited some more. After some 20+ minutes my Wife went to the counter to ask where our meal was and was given the drinks part of the order and then had a lad tell her that, 'sorry, we did not receive your order '?? If it was not received, why was our drinks part of that same order made ready?? A Manager stood gabbing away, taking absolutely NO notice of what was going on at all. It was left to a lovely young girl there to come across to my Wife and apologise and set about making our food order. I have dietary needs and allergies and specifically asked for a plain Big Mac Meal, no pickles, etc, as these can cause a reaction which, if not treated, can become severe. Our order finally turns up (almost 45 minutes after ordering it) and....... my order has everything in it that I had specifically requested NOT be. I went to the counter and asked the young lad there why my order was not as requested and was told, 'I will sort it out for you now. ' He was back within seconds with the same meal. I asked him, 'is that a fresh meal? ' to which he said, Yes. When I asked him, 'or have you just removed the items that were incorrectly put in it? ' he replied that, actually, he had, and proceeded to puch the meal towards me to take back to my table. I pushed it back, saying that, 'you keep it, unless you want me to have a severe allergic reaction! '...... he just shrugged and said, 'I will make a fresh meal then! ' At no time did a Manager come over to see what the problem was. In fact, not even to apologise for their obvious and potentially harmful mistake. In fact, they stood there chatting away and playing on their phones, completely and utterly disinterested in their customers. I could have suffered a severe allergic reaction because of their lack of interest, training, and just complete disdain for those people who pay their wages. I will be writing to head office about this because I could have ended up in Hospital, or worse simply because someone could not be bothered to do a simple thing like READ THE ORDER! What a complete and utter shambles! I used to run several fast food establishments when I lived in Australia as an area manager and never would I have allowed this type of complete mismanagement of a business to have happened. Those responsible would have had a chat in my office and a good deal of extra training in both customer service and in learning how to actually read, and understand, simple instructions for the orders. Come on McDonalds, where are your standards nowadays???

Acially attacked at morrisons mcdonalds peterborough... By the management and team.. Only went in to collect my order. Had to ask several times to see if my order was ready.. Ignored and given attitude and then when i asked again their team started getting funny and came round the counter in my face as they wanted a fight lol... 6 against 1.... Is that not a threat to me???? The lady assitant manager was making things up as she went along screaming all the way from the other side of the store..she heard me threatening a member of staff ,and couldnt tell me what i said when i questioned her... She has no idea of how to deal with issues and what the process is..at least investigate to find out what the issue is ... Who made her a manager.....lol I then asked for the store manager..apparently hes not there I then ask for store owner ..apparently not there.. I then ask for regional manager contact...apparently cant give details What a joke!! Im not going to let this drop....

We stopped off here on our way home .stone cold burgers and no chicken nuggets with chicken nugget happy meal
