First visit for take out and was very impressed with the food and service of speed, makes me want to try the restaurant. highly recommend.

I will never be returning to this absolute disgrace of a restaurant! The service was beyond appalling and we did not feel invited. During someone’s happy birthday celebrations, the staff and chef decided to shout at us for “not paying” for a meal that one of the four of us didn’t eat. Three of us ate and one accompanied as we hadn’t seen him in years and as we decided to pay and leave, we were confronted by a crew of rude staff members, who blocked our exit and refused to let us leave without paying for the forth member, who did not eat. I recommend never setting foot in this place. Even the water we received was given to us in dirty glasses!!

Seemed friendly when walking in before I launch into this let me clarify that the waiter and waitress we had were helpful and pleasant. Upon ordering the vegetarian option I ordered didn’t arrive the manager was sent out and seemed very confrontational I did tell her it’s fine I will order from the next course. One member of the party asked a question about one of the meals and the boss was extremely rude and confrontational she has zero customer service skills I was also told my child (her meal was paid for wasn’t allowed to taste my food which is ridiculous considering we paid for a full meal for her she just wanted to taste some of mummy’s food. The food wasn’t too bad the crispy chicken balls were not chicken it was this strange spongy substance which tasted nothing like chicken I’m unsure what this sponge substance was. All in all not worth the visit extremely over priced and the standard wasn’t up to scratch.

I had a fantastic birthday dinner at this restaurant. The staff were welcoming, accommodating, and attentive, and the cuisine was absolutely delicious. I will definitely return in the future! Thank you to everyone for a memorable evening.

I will never go back to this restaurant again. When we walked in, a staff member greeted us and asked how many people were eating. We said only 3 out of the 4 of us were eating because I had already spent my money at McDonald's. Towards the end of the meal, I was given dirty water and they left a few chicken balls, which I ended up eating because I was hungry. However, when we went to pay, they insisted on charging us for 4 people eating. We tried to explain that I only ate leftovers and didn't want to waste food or pay for what I didn't eat because I had no money. The staff were extremely rude and shouted at us, refusing to listen. They even threatened to involve the police. In the end, my friend had to pay £10.45 for 4 chicken balls. I have never experienced such terrible customer service and would not recommend this place to anyone.
