Excellent food and service, and beautiful ice cream. I had the chicken quesadilla and it was excellent. We also had beef chilli nachos, also delicious

I usually have good experiences using TripAdvisor, but last week was a different story at My Kitchen. We visited on a mid-Saturday afternoon and waited a long time for table service. The staff seemed more focused on socializing with each other than attending to customers. When we finally asked for service, we were met with unfriendly faces. The coffee was good, but the service was lacking. We will not be returning. In contrast, the staff at the farm shop next door were friendly and welcoming. Additionally, it might be helpful to remind your staff to use milk jugs instead of coffee cups for pouring milk. It's clear which establishments value their customers, and unfortunately, this place fell short.

I went to My Kitchen for breakfast and arrived at 9am. We were the first ones there. We were seated at a table with menus. There were crumbs on the table and stains from drinks, which seemed to be left over from the day before. This was not a good start in light of Covid-19. All the staff were wearing face shields. We ordered coffee with hot milk, a full English breakfast, and a regular breakfast. The coffee came with cold milk and tasted weak. The breakfast was cooked fine. Overall, I likely won't come back.

I recently went to this restaurant with a good friend who was visiting for the first time. The service was quick and friendly. I enjoyed a delicious cheese scone and a refreshing melon smoothie. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon.

SO disappointing. Shabby grubby. Floors dirty, grimy, thick visible debris in corners, around chair/table legs. Thick hanging cobwebs at top or Windows on fixings. ! .Tables sticky stained. Food quality has deteriorated. Small,2 x thin rashers of bacon with a good half inch of fat around it served on cold waffle, syrup was watery tasteless. Having been to this place several times this year it is clear the overall service has reduced significantly. Poor quality, environment, food service. No plan to return.
