Aroma's Coffee Lounge - South Grafton

The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible! The woman behind the register during midday was extremely rude to me and my daughter. When my daughter tried to calm her newborn, the same woman felt the need to highlight this to the other staff as if it were something shameful that should not be happening in public. I politely asked if it would be possible for her to make a chicken Caesar salad. Instead of responding kindly, she took out a piece of paper, drew a small circle, and pointed out that it represented a small container. Then she drew a larger circle and said, "This is a Caesar salad," implying that it wouldn’t fit in the small container she indicated, all while speaking in an annoying, sarcastic tone. The customer service was appalling, and I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I strongly discourage others from visiting.

The white hot chocolate is beautiful and the drink is delicious. Plus, it's more affordable than Gj!
