Terrible food my burger was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted, and it stank of farts don’t recommend

Absolutely disgusted with the hygiene at Lysander Road Branch. The service stations were dirty with no tomatoe sauce or serviettes available, tables were also dirty. I informed staff member who utter ‘its busy’. My children needed the loo which again was in a disgusting state. Yes the store was busy but good service was unsatisfactory the ready to collect food was left in boxes for ages when we eventually got the food it was cold. Two female managers were on duty but the store is a disgrace. It is a fast food service but surely there should be standards.

By far the worst macdonalds in the country This place is so slow. The staff are slow, no urgency at all to get food ready... constant hoards of people just looking at staff while they just look at you waiting amd waiting and waiting for food One chicken wrap=23 mins Joke

Went through the drive through expecting it to be quick as it's 11am and it looked pretty quiet. It was so slow! No one on the machine to take your order. No one apologised to say sorry for the wait which is just rude when this is me at to be fast food. Get to the pay window still no apology for being so slow. Then the car in front of me is clearly changing her order so the food collection window she creates the biggest hold up...why not say to the driver go and wait in the waiting bay. Instead they kept the whole drive thru waiting which tailed back. Really poor customer experience for the rest of us. Once I got to the food collection window the young girl then never even acknowledged the ten minute wait and again no apology. I used to work in fast food for KFC and this would have been unacceptable. As a customer on a drive thru you expect much better service that this. I would have been much better going inside. I have to say when I FINALLY got my order it was was lovely and fresh/hot. So the food was very nice shame about the whole experience.

Popped in for breakfast rolls while waiting for John Lewis to open. We ordered very easily on screen and were served quickly by a very pleasant member of staff. The venue was clean, as were the toilets, and the food was very tasty. An enjoyable visit.
