Panera Bread - South Gate

I stopped at 7:30 on a Saturday night. For the fourth time I am here and they were made of bread for the Chipotle chicken sandwich and from the dressage for the green goddess Salat. I got an automated suffering and closure of the drive-dru window. How can you be consistently out of bread in the busiest night of the week? Really disappointing. Bad customer service.

Use here often for signature and steak and cheese. Very disappointed. It was terrible not even to eat, they do not make it as it is used.

Order Wrong! I have placed my order from Panera directly website. They left two of my things. I called the shop directly with a passenger name Cori. Explained what happened, she tried to redirect to DoorDash. I told her that my order was not made by the third party. I placed it on their website and delivered it via DoorDash so that the error is still her when she incorrectly packed my order. She claimed she was the manager, but can not give a refund for the difference of order as items were missing. Do not order from this place or matter fact do not supply. They don't want to honor their mistakes

Ordered an Asian sesame salad and it's pretty much JUST spinach (because they were out of romaine) there was 3 or 4 wantons, NO almonds, NO cilantro, and my chicken was literally FROZEN ! it was so disappointing.. I didn't expect it to be anything special but MY CHICKEN WAS FROZEN .. like it cracked into 2 pieces so I called to speak to a manager and someone answered and hung up. Unacceptable !

5/25 2:40 p.m. This location was cool until whomever prepared my salad did the laziest prep ever. Who eats the hard end of a romaine? I for sure won't return. I'd rather purchase from a non lazy location. This was so disappointing.
