The Signal Pub - South East London

We had dinner there last night. Not a great start when we were told a few of the dishes on the menu were sold out or not available. The food took quite a while to come out and came out one at a time with a big gap in between each order. My friend had the burger which was pretty bad. I ordered chicken skewers which were tiny, more like finger food and they were overcooked. To be fair, at least the wings were not bad. They seemed understaffed also. The barman was taking drinks order at the bar and also having to bring out the food to tables. However the barman was friendly and polite. Overall the food seems to the standard of weatherpoons now. A massive shame as the Signal used to serve good food.
