El Tequila's Authentic Mexican

I ordered the fish with veggies, absolutely delicious!!! We drove out of our way 3 times during 2wk vacation...this spot is the real deal! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came here for dinner last night with two friends. First of all the restaurant is beautifully decorated inside and out. Lots of bright colors involved and well lit. We enjoyed the tortilla chips and queso dip. The staff was very good about keeping our chips fresh. The queso dip had a slight kick to it on the back end that I didn't greatly care for. I got the fish tacos with a side of vegetables. The tacos were very good but they put this weird orange sauce on it that was very spicy. I am a cupcake when it comes to spicy food and I should have conferred with the wait staff on this. The vegetables were good. As were the beans and rice. My two friends got combo plates with an assortment of tamales and tacos and enchiladas. One of my friends had a dietary issue in that she doesn't eat dairy. So she asked for her items with no cheese. The taco came without cheese but the enchilada did have cheese. To their credit staff addressed to the issue immediately. The sauce on the enchiladas though was also spicy. Besides that my friends enjoyed their dinner as well. A very relaxed and casual atmosphere.

If your hunger for a great Mexican food... then Cha.Cha..yourselves on over to El Tequilas! Great food! Very sweet waiter! And I noticed that everyone who comes into the door has a smile on the face. You know what's going on!! Try her margaritas... I couldn't have one today because I'm a trucker driving in less than 8 hours. But the food is brilliant!! South Daytona...

Great Mexican dishes. Deluxe burrito had a great red sauce with lettuce and cheese sauce and came with beans and rice. Party of four and not a bad dish in the bunch. One note on the Sangria, I heard twice that wine or fruit juice needed a upgrade. Will be back many more times, it was that good.

Excellent food the service was fast average, the place were nice decor and clean. 100% recommend
