Lem's Meat Varnish - South Charleston

This place has THE BEST BBQ around!!! You can also pick up their sauce in local shops! It is a small business where most of the time you order and take it to go! That also catering as I discovered them and holy cow! I ate so much I did not eat for 3 days after!!! Do not hesitate to book them for your catering requirements and stop for lunch!!!

My husband and drove to the summer festival. We came out of the car, went towards the lively intainment, only when we started to maintain the stage, we decided to try in some of Lem's BBQ. We think we'll get the food head in the car. We gave up our order that the sky is open outside. Band had to stop playing, everyone ran for cover. The owner was so big! When he delivered our food, he pulled out two folding chairs to have a seat out of the rain. So we did, the food. was the best grill we had in WV! The hospitality of the owner was just as big as the food!

I rarely give out a 5 but the bbq pork I had from here was outstanding. I 100% reccomend. I just wish they kept weekend hours because then I would have more time to eat there.
