William's Den - South Cave

First ever visit. Will be back so fast we usually avoid peak season budget wise, the lower season prices were reasonable. Staff were fantastic, really made you feel welcome and interacted brilliantly with kids. Extra activities such as story time. Went late afternoon and spent over 2 hours inside due to weather and could have spent longer. Lovely way to spend time with my family.

Went to a haloween themed event. Was very busy but lot to keep the kids entertained. We had a good 5 hours here. Would have been more but for the rain. Hotel highlights: Great value

Great for our 3 year old. Fun indoor and outdoor play and a fab restaurant and ice cream place. The halloween trick or treat street was great fun for all the family. We will return

What a fantastic place for the whole family! Lots of variety of activities for kids, delicious food, amazing facilities but most importantly the staff and the service was superb! Our son has allergies and everyone was so helpful and accommodating! Could not recommend this place more, we will definitely be back! Food drinks: The best pizzas ever!
