Domino's Pizza - South Cambridgeshire

Just really really poor. Not sure why I gave them another go. Very dry pizza and barely warm.. so dry in fact that it was curling up in the middle. Zero flavour, could taste more when I had covid. This was a collection so God only knows what it would have been like if I’d waited on delivery. Had the same experience on previous visits so that’s the last time. Best place for their pizzas is in the bin!

They don't actually do anything. Orders take >1hr and aren't even in the oven. Quicker to make your own pizza, including milking the cow and making the cheese. Hardly ever answer the phone. Never confident they understand you.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I asked for the chicken to be cooked more as it was underdone the previous few times and had to be cooked at home. I was told by the manager that I was an idiot and didn’t know how chicken should be cooked. He was rude, unprofessional and insulting and clearly has no training in customer service. I tried to take it to Domino’s HQ and they just passed the complaint back to the manager himself instead of taking any responsibility for who they agree to franchise to. They repeatedly told me the store owner had responded to me and I got no apology or recognition of the appalling treatment I experienced. If you want to be abused and called names then feel free to try to complain. Will never ever buy from here again! EVER! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!

Order took over two hours to be delivered due to lack of delivery drivers. If you order Pizza pick it up yourself. Our Pizza was cold but managed to get a full refund.

Awful service!! I called up to ask where my order was after one hour of waiting (estimated delivery time was 30 minutes), whoever picked up the phone asked me to wait without any ‘hello’ or reasonings I waited for 2 minutes then hung up and rung again. He answered the phone instantly with a rude tone of voice, and spoke over me. After asking him not to speak over me, he threatened to cancel my order. I rung again 25 minutes later to see where my order was as he told me it would be here in 15 minutes, he spoke over me once again and all he said was ‘give me your address’ after giving him my address, he said ‘I told you earlier it’s on its way’… I am appalled, and this is not the first time I have been spoken to in such a manor by your staff!! Cambourne domino’s is a disgrace. The fact it’s got 2 stars on trip advisor speaks for itself really. Get. New. Management.
