Dunkin' Donuts - South Boston

Update* Since then, this store has improved significantly. Since this store is local I gave it more tries after a while because I'm aware of how quickly a Dunks can improve or deteriorate. They had some new faces amongst familiar. Service was A+, and the coffee and lattes are SO Much better. Whatever was wrong before was obviously corrected very well and I am now a frequent customer here. I even have the app which is generous with deals. Thanks for listening Dunks! Past review: I've gotten a writhing stomach ache 4 separate times now from this store. Staff is friendly and kind. Always have products. Never have to wait long in line. But I keep getting sick to my stomach from this spot. Please, if you work here, and can see this double check the machines. Clean the cream dispenser, clean the coffee spout. Something isn't right.

I love the Caramel Frozen ,is what I call it and they just know what that is and makes it just the way it's supposed to be made. And so I ask for them to put extra caramel and wa la . It's what I always order ::and they make it soooo good. Lol hey ,ITS TIME TO MAKE THE Donuts‍

This is the first Dunkin Donuts I came across where the name has been changed to simply 'Dunkin '. And the place inside was updated with coffee dispensers as in a coffee bar (coffee on tap!! Very similar to getting beer on tap at a bar). It looked wonderful. The lady there was constantly cleaning, wiping the counter down, and changing her gloves after serving each customer. She was very pleasant to chat with. The young guy serving us was very friendly and courteous. Altogether, excellent service.
