Need to fix the pothole in the drive thru. Fast, fresh, hot food. Friendly, helpful staff. Love the blackened ranch sauce crispy chicken sandwich! The 6 piece is a lot with today's prices.

Let me start with the food being fresh, hot and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful and polite. The reason for the three-star rating is the pricing that I can only call misleading. I went there with forty dollars in cash to buy a ten-piece dinner I saw online for $19.99. For some reason I've never been explained, I was charged $28.99. The special should include two large pages. I ordered the potatoes and the macaroni and cheese, just to find out that I was charged $1 extra because the macaroni was considered a premium page article. Finally, I ordered two large alcohol-free drinks, totally expected to be $1 to $1.50, that fast food chains usually charge because a soft drink is a cost-effective, high result I know this from experience as I worked in food service for almost three decades. I was charged three dollars per drink, and my order was over forty dollars in total. I had to use a credit card to pay the difference. I know that many would say I should have just left. If I had bought this food for me, I would have done exactly that, but I bought for my 73-year-old mother who was sick, and I didn't want to make her life even more difficult.

You can't go into store to order. Must be druve thru. Asked for butter package for biscuits and never got any .

I thought in today 's age we were trying to overcome prejudices but if the staff here knows you are white your order is f*cked! I may be a white girl but I grew up in da hood!! Northeast siidde! Miner street ya 'll!!! Just wanted some Louisiana chicken to feed my family ya 'll!! Always nice, always courteous, to you guys!!

The chicken at Popeyes is always good. The drive through and online ordering process is not very good. I will continue to go because the food taste is very good.
