Friendly staff wait time is short never there more than 15 minutes everything is good and made to order.

Food is good but when you are originally from Chicago this one seems subpar but not

The reason I gave the food 3 stars is because sometimes the food is fresh and sometimes it is not . They tend to put alot of lemon pepper on reheated chicken to mask the fact that it is old.

You can't give zero for stars or I would have. Waited 40 minutes for cat tails and a cat dinner. 40 minutes and $32 I will never get back. The fish was cooked in old oil and was burned. the fries were hard. The best part of the meal was the warm coldslaw. Never Again!!!! I willgo catch it and cook myself b4 I eat there again.

It's was so greasy, I could have oiled my scalp. Heated it and it was like no one drained the grease off. I was very disappointed with the meal. Awful.
