Frankie's BBQ - South Bend

Can't comment on the food this time because I never got any. Went there at noon on a Friday. There were five people, two waiting for pickup and three to order. After 25 minutes the man at the register had not taken one new order and was slow walking very casually making the two orders that were already taken. No I'll be right with you or sorry for the wait or anything. At least five people walked out. This is horrible customer service and unfortunately is becoming more regular here.

I've gone 4 times I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! My rib tips looked liked garbage that was scraped out of the grease traps. It was ughly tough. The last time I walked in paid for 2 dinners. I moved down the counter so the next person could be helped. I looked in my box was heavily disappointed. I asked for a refund told no. I asked to at least exchange it, no! I was there only minutes but treated so badly. I STOPED GOING WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. THE QUALITY SUCKS. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GO TO KING GYROS OR ANYWHERE ELSE!

Take out, very disappointed. Used to be so good and loved going there. Now they serve bones with a bit of meat on them and they were burnt. Won't be going back there anymore. To bad, I used to love their tips and fries. Seen many customers taking their orders back in that day. Get it together guys, or I won't be the only customer you will be losing!

Only place in south arch to get legitimate ribs. Fat Tip Dinner was more than I could eat. The manager came and checked that our meal was good.

I live in Florida, but when I come to South Bend/Mishawaka I MUST have this bbq!!! I get the tips (get extra sauce on the fries)! I love it so much, I actually brought it home with me on the plane!
